Notes :  
1 - This is a simple Salsa feel routine, shake those salsa hips, smile and enjoy the feel. 
2- Be clear with the x3 claps. 
3- Lead your class to move forward towards you as you move forward towards them then point for them to move back making sure everyone knows which direction they are going.

Choreography 
1- Standing Ab crunch x 4 
2- Standing Ab Twist x 4
3-Salsa sides
4-Hip rolls x 4, Sway x 4
 
Notes : 
1- This is a gentle Standing ab workout. Tell your participants to pull in and Crich their abs. 
Hold good posture and strong arm positions. 
 
2- Steps 3 + 4 really use your hips!

1- 123 123 Step turn 123 
2- Side + 123 
Chorus 
Cross 23 x 4 
Side + 123 x 2 moving back
 
Notes: 
1- This dance has turns, so we break down step 1 to the class before starting with the music. 
Always face the direction you class is facing when there are turns in the routine, so try to learn to change directions in time to count them in. 
 
2- As you class do the last turn you keep facing them ready to lead them into step 2. 
 
3- Face away again to do the chorus. 
I hold my arms up to the sides to let them know what is coming and I point down to the right as we go into "Side + 123" and guide them back. 
 
Notes :  This is a different routine to teach than most because of the turns and changing the way you are facing as the instructor. 
THIS ONE MAY NEED A LITTLE MORE PRACTICE!

1- Clap x4, Twist x4
2- Reach up 2x slow, 4x fast
3- Stomp x3, Jump clap x1
 
Notes :
1-March and clap to get going! 
Long arms to the sides when twisting ( nice lines) 
2-Reaching up keep knees soft. 
3-Keep it lively! Sing and have fun! Get your class ready to party!

1- Forward /Back x4, Jump clap clap
2- Hula x2 each side, Shimmy step side x2 
3- Sway 23 clap together.
 
Notes : 
1- Start in your left foot facing the class ( their Right foot) 
2- SHAKE that shimmy! 
3- Big hip sways! 
High energy, shake and shimmy..... You know the drill!

Choreography notes :  
1- Keep your knees soft throughout. 
2- Knees and toes in line. 
3- Good posture and arm lines. 
4- Keep the energy going right until the end of class. Sing and clap during parts of the track!

2- Corner travel 123 to the front
3- Corner travel 123 to the back

Choreography notes 
1- This is quite a meaningful and emotional track so try to put those feelings into this cool down. Really feel the lyrics and create a fantastic atmosphere to finish your session. 
 
8- Twist and shout - Warm up by Chaka Demus

1- Arms up & Circle arms and hips x2
2- Belly dance hips x4
3- Grapevine + Shimmy 
4- Leg curls
 
Notes : 
Strong, clear movements.

1. Hands up and down x4 and in different directions side to side.
 
2. Move your feet and tambourines side step. 
 
3. Move your hands up, fold your fists counts  1,2, 3 and 4 then continue the move again 9 times and then the chorus you do move NUMBER 2. 
 
4. Stomp 8n a circle shaking your tambourines x2.
