Steps 1&2 should be very strong and clear movements – lNice long arms etc

Remember with steps 3&4 the same foot you start with on forward together is the same foot you use to cross.

1- Feet slightly wider than hips , knees soft and in line with toes.

have nice arm lines and flow.

2- Inner thigh -side to side.

3- Step claps .

4- Stretch arms , quads, calfs .

5-Foward roll stretching hamstrings and back – As you roll up ensure you roll up one vertibrae at a time. 

NOTES : 

Try to finish the cool down with a nice wave and a sing song.
